Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning R&D efforts with the company's long-term vision.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends and competitor innovations to identify high-potential opportunities for disruption.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to integrate innovative solutions into core products.
- Prototype & Proof of Concept: Spearhead pilot programs and prototypes for emerging technologies to validate feasibility and market fit.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry conferences and publish white papers on future tech trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, and Next-Gen Computing paradigms.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
