Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and validation
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible development practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, trend analysis)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio showcasing successful innovation initiatives
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) preferred
