Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces and neuro-adjacent technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum hardware manufacturers
- Develop patent portfolios for novel algorithms in synthetic data generation and autonomous decision-making
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging risks and opportunities in biotech convergence
- Drive ethical frameworks for AI governance and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years of applied research
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies (quantum computing or AI preferred)
- Expertise in predictive modeling, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Published author in Nature, Science, or IEEE on future-of-tech topics
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for ambitious research initiatives
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
