Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop breakthrough solutions using AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Design and execute pilot programs for next-gen digital products and services
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure innovation ROI and impact
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio of past innovation initiatives with measurable impact
