Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end execution of the 2026 Project, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver breakthrough solutions
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps with clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development methodologies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align project outcomes with long-term business goals
- Implement cutting-edge project management tools and agile frameworks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in technology project leadership
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise-scale projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level communication abilities
