Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop error-corrected quantum systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of published quantum computing research
- Familiarity with NISQ-era hardware constraints and optimization techniques
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
