Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Advanced AI (Master's with exceptional experience)

- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
