Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading quantum research teams with proven publication record
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq and PyTorch/TensorFlow frameworks
- Published work in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning
- Experience securing federal research grants ($1M+ preferred)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
