Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-neural network architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-optimized algorithms for climate modeling and drug discovery
- Secure $2M+ in government and private research grants for 2026 quantum-AI initiatives
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Quantum and IEEE journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning at our partnered Stanford lab
- Collaborate with DARPA on classified quantum security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning (arXiv:quant-ph/2023.0456)
- Expertise in Qiskit, PennyLane, and quantum error correction protocols
- Track record of securing federal research grants (NSF/NIH/DARPA preferred)
- Proficiency with neuromorphic computing frameworks like Loihi and SpiNNaker
- Experience with quantum-safe cryptography (CRYSTALS-Kyber/X25519)
- Clearance for DoD Tier 3 quantum research projects
