- Lead hybrid quantum-classical algorithm development for enterprise applications
- Optimize cryogenic control systems for 1000+ qubit processors
- Partner with R&D teams to pioneer quantum-resistant encryption frameworks
- Drive quantum computing roadmap alignment with global industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum hardware-software integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubits
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum optimization
