Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors with >1000 qubits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks

- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum simulation projects
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in quantum-photonics integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
