Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and AI algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in artificial intelligence to integrate novel techniques into our product suite.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated success in deploying AI models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
