Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise and research applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum algorithms
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems with legacy infrastructure
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Secure $20M+ in quantum computing patents and IP portfolios
- Mentor quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing quantum systems with >100-qubit coherence
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Track record of securing $10M+ in quantum computing grants
