Responsibilities

- Secure and manage $5M+ in government and industry research grants
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at global quantum conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers and foster an environment of radical innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years postdoc experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum error correction techniques
- Experience managing research budgets exceeding $1M and interdisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in machine learning and classical-quantum hybrid systems
