Responsibilities
- Design quantum computing roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption targets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype quantum algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead stakeholder engagements to define quantum use cases in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Monitor quantum hardware advancements (superconducting, photonic, topological) and assess integration feasibility
- Develop quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography implementation
- Present quantum innovation strategies to C-suite and board members
- Establish partnerships with quantum research labs and hardware manufacturers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, VQE implementations)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware landscape (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ, etc.)
- Strong background in complex system integration and scalability challenges
