Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum UX research protocols using neuro-quantum sensing technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate research insights into 2026-ready product roadmaps
- Develop predictive models for subconscious user behavior using quantum computing frameworks
- Establish ethical AI governance protocols for quantum UX methodologies
- Present findings to C-suite and external stakeholders through immersive AR presentations
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum UX principles and emerging tech integration
- Collaborate with quantum engineers to prototype next-gen interfaces
Qualifications
- 8+ years in UX research with 3+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/neuro)
- Advanced degree in Cognitive Science, HCI, or Quantum Computing
- Published work on quantum UX methodologies or neuro-interaction design
- Proficiency in quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti) and AR/VR research tools
- Experience with neuro-sensing technologies (EEG, fNIRS) and data interpretation
- Demonstrated success in scaling UX research for enterprise-level AI products
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and user privacy advocacy
