Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year scenario planning initiatives mapping technological, economic, and societal evolution through 2026
- Develop predictive models for disruptive innovations across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile future environments
- Facilitate C-level workshops translating foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Produce forward-looking reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Champion a culture of innovation through internal foresight training and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or R&D with proven future-mapping experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous, future-focused environments
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends or future-of-work concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar program)
