Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ landscape
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development and innovation pipelines
- Produce executive-ready strategic reports and trend briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready frameworks and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and other foresight methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects
