Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on next-generation innovation frameworks
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for tracking long-term strategic initiatives
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
