As a key member of our Future Horizons division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop actionable insights from quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech breakthroughs. You'll pioneer methodologies for anticipating market shifts and translating foresight into scalable business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (2024-2026) including quantum applications, neuro-interfaces, and climate tech
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with future market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce executive-level trend reports with data-driven scenario modeling
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight frameworks across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of 2024-2026 tech landscape (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
