Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market disruptions and technology evolutions
- Create data-driven scenarios for future business models and revenue streams
- Partner with C-suite to align 2026 objectives with current innovation pipelines
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau)
- Published thought leadership on future-focused topics
- Experience leading multi-million dollar transformation projects
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies
