Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology and market evolution
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite leadership to embed future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Publish thought leadership on future-shaping paradigms and industry disruption
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and adaptive thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market advantages
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, neurotech, climate tech)
