Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop market entry strategies for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-digital, Web4)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Build ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers and thought leadership
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or C-suite strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of disrupting traditional industries
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills

- Experience with scenario planning and war-gaming methodologies
