Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios for key industry verticals
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging market dynamics
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions using rapid iteration methodologies
- Present trend forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design and implement foresight frameworks across product lifecycle
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Demonstrated publication record in foresight publications or journals
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
