- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Develop predictive market models using proprietary Horizon Analytics platform
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technology ethics and regulatory compliance
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Pioneer industry-wide standards through thought leadership at Davos and CES forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis (Trend Hunter certification preferred)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
