Responsibilities

- Conduct deep-dive research on quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate-tech disruption
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Design and implement 'future-proof' resilience protocols for organizational adaptation
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and annual horizon-scanning reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology journals
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementation of future foresight projects
