Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026+ market disruptions using advanced data analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from quantum computing, neurotech, and climate science
- Author annual 'Future Horizons' reports influencing $500M+ strategic investments
- Establish industry-wide foresight frameworks through partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
- Mentor innovation teams in translating futuristic concepts into actionable roadmaps
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3+ case studies)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or similar peer-reviewed publications
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from APF or equivalent
