Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise clients
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction protocols
- Create performance benchmarks for quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on emerging technologies
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware/software development
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
