Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across quantum computing, biotech, and AI domains
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive stakeholders
- Author thought leadership reports on technological convergence and societal implications
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation pipeline health
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- Published work in foresight or technology impact assessment
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling experience
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
