As a key member of our Future Strategy division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, climate tech, and bioengineering. This role combines deep technical acumen with strategic foresight to position our organization at the forefront of tomorrow's breakthroughs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR) and their societal impacts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof business models and product ecosystems
- Present trend insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers to shape innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership reports on sustainable futures and ethical tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Strong background in sustainability frameworks and circular economy principles
