As a key member of our C-suite innovation team, you'll lead cross-functional projects leveraging AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence. You'll interface with Fortune 500 partners, shape our 5-year R&D roadmap, and mentor a high-impact innovation lab.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineers, data scientists, UX designers) on moonshot projects
- Develop strategic partnerships with tech unicorns and academic research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $10M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, strategy consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching scalable digital products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial modeling and venture capital pitch experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
