Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven 5-year planning success
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable systems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Track record of launching at least two disruptive products with $50M+ market impact
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech innovation ecosystem
