- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities across AI, biotech, and renewable energy
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers, engineers, and business strategists in developing next-gen prototypes
- Secure and manage $50M+ in innovation funding from VCs, government grants, and corporate partnerships
- Establish industry standards for 2026-era technologies through thought leadership and white papers
- Drive commercialization of innovations through strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies
- Mentor a global team of 20+ innovation specialists while fostering a culture of radical creativity
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven delivery of market-defining products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Track record of securing $10M+ in funding and managing R&D budgets over $50M
- Published thought leader with 5+ patents in innovation methodologies
- Experience scaling teams from 20 to 200+ while maintaining breakthrough innovation
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
