- Design scenario-planning frameworks for global market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Champion R&D initiatives with $15M+ annual budgets in emerging verticals
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors quarterly
- Mentor innovation fellows and establish future-proof talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, corporate development, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in futures methodology, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive decision-making
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
