Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation roadmap targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and launch transformative products/services
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI across all business units
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members for approval
- Drive a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future-trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong financial acumen to evaluate innovation investments and ROI
- Excellent presentation skills with executive board experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic planning initiatives
