Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and technological disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize and prototype breakthrough products/services
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology to identify strategic opportunities
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with industry disruptors and research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive organizational adoption of agile methodologies and design thinking principles
- Mentor talent pipeline in future-focused competencies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain) and their commercial applications
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation thought leadership (published works, patents, or TED talks)
