- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 strategic innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying emerging technologies and market opportunities
- Architect pilot programs for breakthrough innovations with $5M+ annual budget oversight
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab, fostering culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Measure and optimize innovation KPIs, tracking ROI on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
