Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligning with global market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prototyping breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives, tracking ROI and market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate R&D cycles
- Present strategic visions to the board and investors securing funding for high-impact projects
- Mentor innovation champions and cultivate an experimental culture that embraces calculated risks
- Monitor emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) and assess their disruptive potential
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven 10-year horizon planning experience
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology with emphasis on futures analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with successful C-suite engagement and board presentation experience
- Track record of launching scalable innovations generating $50M+ revenue or equivalent impact
- Strong analytical skills using scenario planning, SWOT, and technology adoption curve modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents with cultural fluency
