Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with IPCC targets
- Lead ESG reporting initiatives and stakeholder engagement with investors, regulators, and communities
- Oversee the integration of circular economy principles across global supply chains
- Drive innovation in renewable energy adoption and carbon capture technologies
- Manage cross-functional teams executing decarbonization projects across 15+ sites
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to track progress against 2026 sustainability milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in sustainability leadership with demonstrable impact on carbon reduction
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB) and regulatory compliance (SEC climate rules)
- Proven track record of scaling circular economy initiatives in manufacturing or tech
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Sustainability MBA
- Proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (SAP EHS, IBM TRIRIGA)
- Certification in SBTi or similar climate action frameworks
- Experience managing $5M+ sustainability budgets with ROI-focused deliverables
