Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability innovation strategy aligning with UN SDGs and company ESG commitments
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and launch circular economy products/services
- Conduct lifecycle assessments and carbon footprint analysis for new innovations
- Forge strategic partnerships with cleantech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Drive adoption of regenerative agriculture and sustainable supply chain methodologies
- Design and implement KPIs for measuring environmental impact and ROI of innovations
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate sustainability or innovation management
- Proven track record launching 3+ eco-innovations with measurable impact
- Expertise in circular economy frameworks and carbon-neutral technologies
- Advanced data analytics skills (Python, Tableau) for environmental metrics
- Professional certifications in ESG reporting (GRI, SASB) preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Passion for emerging climate technologies and sustainable business models
