- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Conduct competitive analysis of future-focused technology portfolios

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record predicting tech trends (demonstrable via published research or patents)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
