Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping breakthrough technologies

- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and investors with data-driven impact projections

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching at least one disruptive tech product
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/neurotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for futuristic technologies
- Exceptional strategic planning with ability to articulate complex visions
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
