Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap spanning quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and position InnovateHorizon for first-mover advantage
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor next-gen talent in future-focused technical skills
- Drive patent portfolio development in 3+ emerging tech verticals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-defining tech products
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or climate-tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or strategic partnerships
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
