Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to generate disruptive solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing products
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage external partnerships with tech incubators and research institutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Track record of launching successful tech products/services
- Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy) preferred
