Qualifications

- Track record of launching products with 1M+ users or $50M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Python, Go, and emerging quantum programming languages
- Certification in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps best practices
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
