Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration) for scalable implementation
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and scenario-planning models for technological disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-focused prioritization and risk mitigation
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and conference keynotes
- Mentor senior technologists on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies generating $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, quantum computing, decentralized systems, and spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with MBA preferred
- Certified Futurist (CF) or Technology Strategy certification (CTS) required
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
