Responsibilities
- Forecast and prioritize emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Lead ideation sprints with MIT/Caltech research partners
- Develop patent portfolios for novel AI-human symbiosis systems
- Oversee $30M+ R&D budget allocation across 5 innovation verticals
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global tech consortiums
- Launch 3+ market-ready products within 24-month cycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Advanced Materials Science
- 8+ years in technology R&D with 3+ as innovation lead
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Proven ability to secure $20M+ in government grants
