Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and scale moonshot technologies
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and quantum research institutes
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos, TED, and Web3 summits
- Direct a $50M innovation fund for emerging tech ventures (AI, bio-convergence, neurotech)
- Mentor a team of 15 futurist researchers and design strategists
- Integrate foresight into corporate strategy for 15+ product lines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Complex Systems
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio of implemented innovation frameworks at Fortune 500 scale
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Track record securing $10M+ in innovation grants
