Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of the long-term technical vision, aligning engineering goals with business objectives for the 2026 era.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-performance systems that can adapt to emerging technologies like Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend and implement disruptive technologies that give us a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML and Cloud Infrastructure, with a strong understanding of their application in future tech contexts.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts or advanced data structures is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
