Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation neural architectures for AGI applications.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for processing petabytes of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready models.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge open-source models into our proprietary ecosystem.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure model robustness, safety, and ethical alignment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or a comparable research environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR) or open-sourcing significant projects.
- Strong understanding of deep learning principles, including Transformers, GANs, and Diffusion models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
